We will talk to you about your individual requirements. Do you want your bed made or left? Are there high traffic areas of your office or business that require more regular attention than others? We take one thing as a given; quality. We do not dust around the pictures here and we do not stop the vacuum or mop just short of the table. If we have to move things, and we physically can, we move them. If you don't have time to tidy your surfaces before we arrive, or you just don't want to, then leave it to us.
Do you already have a cleaning provider but noticed that the standard slipped? That doesn't happen with Cleaner Space. You will have a regular cleaner assigned to your space if you have opted for a regular cleaning service, and we will actively seek out your feedback; we welcome it. We see everything as an opportunity to learn something. That's in addition to the clean being regularly spot checked. We do this to keep the standards high and to constantly bring in fresh eyes - not as staff criticism, but as innovation. Our people are hardwired to want to deliver the best and we help bring that out every day.
We also vet and work with a network of local experts. There will always be a carpet somewhere that needs special care, provided by an absolute dedicated, insured and licenced professional. A gutter overflowing with moss. 1st floor and higher windows that need external cleaning. If you want specific cleaning help in any area we don't cover then we are proud to bring these experts together and provide you with a seamless solution. We will book relevant trades for you or pass you the contact details - whichever you prefer. We take no cut, there is no arrangement fee, we don't make a penny at any stage from anyone - we just care about making your space clean and using the best people to achieve it.
